• All prices quoted herein are subject to the addition of VAT at the rate in force at the date of supply.
• All vegetable plants and some herbs are currently exempt from VAT
• Lea Park Nurseries cannot be held responsible for losses caused by frost, flood, drought, nor plants that fail to grow through bad weather conditions or other causes beyond our control.
• Minimum order value £50+VAT

Terms of payment:

• Full payment is required upon delivery of all goods
• Credit facilities are available upon written request.
• All credit accounts shall fall due for payment on or before the 15th of the month following date of invoice.
• All goods shall remain the property of Lea Park Nurseries until payment has been received in full.

Deliveries

• All deliveries made within our existing ‘delivery round’ are FREE OF DELIVERY CHARGES. There is no minimum charge unless the distance is over 30 miles or the order is outside the delivery round.

All prices, availability and other information quoted is correct at the time of publication. However due to the unpredictable nature of both our climate & product, we reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without prior notice. Please refer therefore to the weekly availability/price lists which can be faxed to you upon request.
